not be suppressed, charaka gives a clear description of diseases which
arise from their supprssion, urges of greed, anger, fear, pride ,
envy and so on must be suppressed and one should also not harm another
in any way. Thus adherence to moral values and observance of mental
discipline is necessary for mental health.
