Venue: Thirumoozhikkulam Lakshmana Perumal Temple, Moozhikkulam,
about 15 km from Aluva, Ernakulam district, central Kerala.
The temple is dedicated to Lakshmana, the brother of Lord Rama, hero
of the epic the Ramayana. The ninth day of the ten-day festival is
the most auspicious, when a spectacular procession of caparisoned
elephants is taken out.
