Preparation of Methi Parathas1. Mix the first seven ingredients finely. 2. Prepare the dough with curd, add water if needed. 3. Make small dumplings, and flatten them to make round shaped parathas. 4. Roast them on tava, with applying little oil on both side. 5. Serve them with pickles. This dish can be stored for a day or
two.
