Methi Parathas

Thepla is a dish prepared with fenugreek leaves, and flour. Great with pickles, idle for lunchbox !

Fenugreek Leaves Medium sized bunch Cleaned and finely chopped
Oil 2 tablespoons  
Wheat flour 2 cups  
Gram flour 2 tablespoons  
Chillie powder 1 teaspoon  
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon  
Salt to taste  
Oil For frying  
Curd 1 cup Beaten

Preparation of Methi Parathas

1. Mix the first seven ingredients finely.

2. Prepare the dough with curd, add water if needed.

3. Make small dumplings, and flatten them to make round shaped parathas.

4. Roast them on tava, with applying little oil on both side.

5. Serve them with pickles. This dish can be stored for a day or two.
