Aluva Mahadevar Temple
Aluva Mahadevar Temple and sree krishna temple on the bank of periyar
river, festival, sivarathri. famous for the pithrutharpana, oblations
to the Manes lakhs of people gather there. The other important places

The temple situates on the bank of Periyar in Aluva of Emakulam
district. The famous Sivarathri celebration is the main festival of
this temple. The presiding deity is Siva, facing the east. The temple
