Koodalmanikkam Sree Bharathar Swamy Temple iringalakuda ( one of the biggest temples in kerala ) no other deities. famous wood carvings and murals, 10 kilometers west of railway station. 20 kilometers southwest of trichur. 6 feet high granite idol having four hands ( Chathur Bahu ) Eleven days festival in Medam. Uthram Arattu. famous procession and percussions. the two important vazhipadu ( offering are vazhuthinanga ( Brinjal ) Nivedyam and Mukkuti offered to the deity in avittam asterisk of thulam are distributed to the devotees. this second one is a special ayurvedic preparation. ( the formulais of Kuttancherry Mossad). taking these nivedyas after bhajan is considered to cure stomach pains.

is one of the Mahaskhetras of Kerala and is situated at Irinjalakuda in Thrissur district. The presiding deity is Bharathan
(Bharathan is a syinbol of sacrifice and an icon for brotherly affection) This six feet stone idol has four hands and represents Bharathan as reciting the Rama manthra and in penance. The temple faces east. this is the only temple to have six Tanthrics, and also there are no sub-deities.
