Thiru Anantheswara Sidhi Vinayaka Temple is situated at Mathur a place about eight kilometers northeast of Kasargod. The temple is along the side of the Payaswini River. The main offering of the temple is Mudappa seva. Major festivals are Vishu Vilakku in april, Vinayaka Chathurthy, Navarathri and Sivarathri . The temple is centuries old and todate is very well maintained. It has exquisite wood carvings depicting the indian epic Ramayana.
