Thiruvullakkavu Dharma Sastha Temple cherpu 11 kilometers southwest
of trichur, main navarathri festival. on vijayadesami day thousands
of young ones are getting their education started there.
The ancient temple of Thiruvullakkavu is very unusual, the devotees
believe that Lord Sastha, the presiding deity blesses them with intelligence
and wisdom. Usually devotees invoke Lord Sastha as a Divine Hunter,
as the Protector, but the Chaithanya of this temple is unique.
