Amber Cream
Preparation of1. Heat milk . Add to beaten egg yolk. 2. return to fire . 3. Cook till mixture thickens . remove and cool . 4. Dissolve gelatine in hot water . 5. Add golden syrup . Stir in to custard . 6. Beat together egg whites and salt till stiff . 7. Fold into the mixture . Add vanilla to flavour . 8. Place in a mould and leave to set in refrigerator .
