ingredients for 4
cornflour 30 gm
milk 590 ml
sugar 55 gm
cocoa 5 gm

Preparation of Blancmange

!. Mix together cornflour, sugar and enough cold milk to form a smooth paste.

2. Boil remaining milk . Add to the paste ,stirring well .

3. Put back on fire . Cook till thick .

4. Add colouring and flavouring and set in wet moulds in layers .
