Ice Cream with Evaporated Milk

ingredients quantity
evaporated milk 600 ml
castor sugar 115 gm
gelatine 1 tsp
boiling water 1 tbsp
vanila essence 1 tsp

Preparation of Ice Cream with Evaporated Milk

1. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water .

2. mix together milk ,sugar and gelatine . pour into the freezer tray .

3. Mix together milk , sugar and gelatine . pour in to the freezer tray.

4. Chill until mixture starts to freeze round the edges .

5. Pour in to a cold bowl . Add vanilla and whisk well until thick and creamy . Return to freezing tray until firm .
