Preparation of Mango Fluff1,Prepare a mango puree. Add half the gelatine dissolved previously in a little warm water . 2. Prepare marshmallow as for marshmallow pudding . 3. Set a layer of marshmallow in a wet mould . 4. Pour mango puree over . Cover with another layer of mash mallow . Leave it to set in the refrigerator . 5. Turn out and decorate with whipped and flavoured cream .
