Sago Cream

ingredients for 4
sago 45 gm
milk 590 ml
sugar 30 gm
cream 150 ml
sherry 1 tbsp
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
ratafia biscuits 30 gm
pistachio nuts 10 gm

Preparation of Sago Cream

1. Simmer the sago in milk until cooked .

2 Add sugar and cool ,stirring occasionally.

3. When cold add the sherry ,vanilla and slightly whipped cream .

4. Pour into a glass dish ,and decorate with Ratafia biscuits and chopped nuts .
