1. Soak gram overnight .Boil the gram with turmeric till cooked .2.
Extract tamarind juice . Slice onions and grind ginger and garlic
. 3. Heat oil ,add cumin and all red chillies .Add ginger -garlic
paste ,onions and fry well .4. Then add the gourd cut into big pieces
.Add a little water and cook for a few minutes .5. Finally, add tamarind
juice ,the cooked gram and salt and simmer for 10 minutes .Serve hot
