1. Heat half of the clarified butter .Add peppercorns ,2 flakes of
garlic ,coriander ,cumin. Fry lightly .Remove .2. Add half of the
remaining clarified butter and fry pomegranate rind and red chillies
.3. Mix fried ingredients with coconut and salt and grind well .Heat
the remaining clarified butter . Fry sliced garlic till golden brown
and pour over the ground ingredients . Mix well .4. Serve with wet
khitchdi or soft boiled rice .
