1. Crush together garlic, ginger , cumin and coriander seeds .2.
Mix with lime juice ,water,salt , turmeric and coriander leaves .
3. Bring to boil.Simmer for a few minutes . Remove from fire .4. Heat
oil ,add curry leaves ,broken red chilli,asafoetida and mustard seeds
.As seeds crackle ,pour rasam into the pan . Reheat and remove .
