ingredients for 8
bengal gram 500 gm
coconut 112 gm
red chillies 5-6
oil 15 ml
salt to taste

Method

1. SOak the gram overnight .2. Boil till the skin separates.3. Slice coconut into fine slices .4. Heat oil in a fry pan . 5. Add broken red chillies and coconut pieces .6. When coconut starts browning ,add boiled gram and salt . 7. Fry well .8. Remove and serve hot .
