1. Soak gram overnight . 2. Grind with salt ,green chillies and cumin.
3. Heat oil,add mustard seeds ,asafoetida ,turmeric and chilli powder
.4. Add the gram mixture and water and stir well .5. Cover the pan
and let it cook ,stirring occasionally.6. When gram is cooked add
the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot .
