Method
1.Wipe ladies fingers with a wet cloth .2. Chop ladies fingers ,onions
and tomatoes .3. Heat half the fat .Fry onions .Add ladies fingers
and tomatoes .4.Add all the spices and seasonings except lime juice
.5. Cook fo r 15 to 20 minutes .6. Beat eggs and mix with ladies fingers
.7. Remove from fire and spread in a pyrex pie dish . Sprinkle lime
juice .8. Fry remaining eggs .Place on top of prepared vegetables
.Bake for 5 to 10 minutes .
