Egg and Dal Cutlets

Iingredients for 4
eggs 4
split bengal gram 225 gm
pumpkin 115 gm `
onions 55 gm
turmeric a pinch
green chillies 5 gm
bengal gram flour 55 gm
fat for frying 30 gm
eggs 2

Method

1. Pick and wash the gram . 2. Chop onion and chillies .Peel and cut pumpkin .3. Boil gram ,pumpkin ,green chillies and onion in very little water . 4. When gram is cooked ,remove from fire and mash to a pulp . 5. Hard -boil eggs and divide into quarters ...6. Divide gram mixture into balls .Place a quarter of egg in the center and shape .7. Coat with gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown colour .
