Egg on Potatoes

ingredients for 4
eggs 4
potatoes 450 gm
salt to taste
fat 50 gm

Method

1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin roundels . 2. Heat fat .Saute potatoes . Add salt .3. Cover and cook over gentle heat till potatoes are cooked .4. When cooked ,spread onto a shallow pan . Pour one into each dent . 6. Cook covered on over gentle heat till eggs set. 7. Serve hot with tomato sauce .
