Scrambled Egg with Coconut
Method1. Grate coconut ;crush red chillies .2. Break eggs .Beat well . Add coconut ,onions ,chillies and salt . 3. Heat oil in a fry pan . Add egg mixture . As it starts setting ,stir . Remove when cooked and serve immediately . Back to Eggs Indian index
