ingredients quatity
hard -boiled eggs 4
curry sauce 300 ml
rice 60 gm

Method

1. Boil the rice and keep hot .2. Shell the eggs . Cut into halves .3. Arrange neatly in a dish .Boarder with boiled rice. 4. Pour hot curry sauce over the eggs and serve hot .
