Eggs Au Gratin

ingredients for 4
eggs 4
yolk of egg 1/2
pepper a pinch
salt to taste
breadcrumbs 30 gm
cheese 55 gm
mustard 1/2 tsp
white sauce  
margarine 30 gm
refined flour 30 gm
milk 295 ml

Method

1. Hard- boil eggs and put into cold water .2. Grate cheese .3. Prepare sauce .4. Add cheese ,mustard and seasoning to the sasuce .5. Stir in the yolk of egg. Keep warm .6. Shell eggs ,slice the eggs and keep a few for decoration .7. put sliced eggs in a hot dish . pour cheese sauce over . 8. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over . Keep under a grill for a few minutes .9. Serve hot with parsely and slices of eggs cut in to half .
