eggs 8
butter 60 gm
milk 30 gm
salt to taste
pepper a pinch
ham 115 gm

Method

1. Prepare eggs as for the basic recipe . 2. Trim off all fat from the ham . Cut in to 1.25 cm pieces .3. Add to the eggs along with the butter .
