Scrambled Eggs

ingredients quantity
eggs 8
butter 60 gm
milk 30 ml
salt to taste
pepper a pinch

Method

1. Break the eggs in to a bowl . Add pepper and salt and beat lightly . Add milk .2. Melt half the butter in a thick -bottomed pan . Add the eggs and cook over gentle heat till eggs are lightly cooked ,stirring lighlty as eggs set . 3. Remove from heat . Check for seasoning and mix in remaining butter .
