1. Blanch tomatoes . Cut in to halves ,remove seeds and chop roughly
. 2. Chop onions . 3. Heat 15 gm fat . Saute onions without discolouring
.4. Add tomatoes . Simmer gently till all moisture is evaporated.5.
Prepare omellete as for basic recipe. 6. Fill with prepared tomato
. 7. Fold . place on a hot plate ,sprinkle chopped parsely on top
and serve at once with tomato sauce .
