1. Clean and cut fish .Wash again .Apply salt . 2 . Grind coconut
,cumin, fennel ,three-fourths of the garlic ,ginger ,turmeric and
green chillies .When almost done ,add coriander .3. Add juice of 1/2
lemon .4.Heat oil and fry 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic , add spices
,water and a little salt . Cook till required amount of gravy remains.
5. Add fish ;simmer till fish is cooked .6. Serve with lemon .
