Fish Fry Punjabi

ingredients for 4
fish (fresh-water) 500 gm
onions 100 gm
ginger 5 gm
cumin 1 tsp
garlic 3 to 4 flakes
turmeric 1/2 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
dry mango powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
fat to fry 30 gm

Method

1. Scale and clean fish skin and remove bones .Wash well .2. Cut in to 7.5 cm into 3.5 cm pieces .3. Grind spices and smear over the fish .4. Set aside for about 3 hours .5. Deep fry lightly .Remove and drain .6.When about to serve ,deep fry again .Serve with tamarind or mint chutney.
