1. Clean , wash and cut fish in to slices .2. Apply salt and leave
aside . 3. Grind chillies ,garlic , cumin , and coriander leaves .4.
Grate coconut ,add a little warm water and extract milk .5. Soak tamarind
and squeeze out pulp .6. Soak jaggery in tamarind pulp . 7. Peel and
finely chop onins.8. Cut brinjals lengthwise .9. Peel and cut drumsticks
.10 . Heat fat and fry onions till golden brown .11. Add ground spices
and the gram flour ;stir well .12. Add turmeric ,coriander , cumin
powder and chilli powder ,and fry. 13 . Add brinjals and drumsticks
and enough water to cook them .14. When vegetables are cooked ,add
tamarind pulp and coconut milk .Bring to boil .15. Add fish and cherry
tomatoes ;simmer till fish is cooked .Remove from fire .
