Fish Tomato Punjabi

ingredients for 4 `
fish 500 gm
tomatoes 500 gm
green chilies 3
onions 100 gm
ginger 5 gm
cumin 1/2 tsp
garlic 3 to 4 flakes
turmeric 1/2 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
dry mango powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
fat to fry  

Method

1. Scale and clean fish .Skin and bone .2. Cut in to mediunm pieces 3. Grind the spices ,smear over fish and set aside .4. Fry whole green chillies and more salt if required .7. Cook on a slow fire for about 15 to 20 minutes .The gravy should be very thick .Serve hot .
