1. Clean ,wash and slice the fish .2. Grind to a fine paste thechillies
,cumin seed ,garlic ,turmeric and ginger ,if used .3. Smear on the
fish and keep aside for 5 -10 minutes .4. Heat oil .Fry fish lighty
on both sides .Remove .5. In a pan ,heat the remaining oil .Fry the
remaining spices .6. Add about 2 cups of water .Bring to a boil .7.
Add fish , salt and vinegar.8. Simmer till the fish is done .Taste
and remove .
