Jinga Cutlets

ingredients for 4
large prawns 500 gm
onions 200 gm
garlic 4 flakes
ginger 1 inch piece
green chillies 10 gm
salt to taste
egg 1
bread crumbs 30 gm
fat to fry 60 gm

Method

1.Shell prawns . Remove intestines and wash well. 2. Grind together onions ,garlic ,ginger , green chillies and salt ,to a fine paste .3. Smear paste on prawns .4. marinade for half an hour.5. Dip prawns in egg.Cover with bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot fat till crisp and brown .
