1. Slice half the onions and d grind the other half with garlic and
ginger .2. Clean ,wash and cut the fish . Apply salt and set aside
.3. Prepare the vegetables .4.Roast and powder cardamom cloves and
cinnamom .5. Heat fat . Fry fish . Remove . 6. Fry vegetable separately
.Remove .7 . Brown sliced onions ;add turmeric and chilli powder ,ground
spices and fried vegetables .Add beaten curds and salt and cook on
moderate fire stirring occasionally ,stil curds is well absorbed .
8.Add water . Bring to boil and add fish .9. Simmer till vegetables
and fish are cooked . 10 Sprinkle garam masala and remove from fire
. Serve hot .
