1. Grate coconut . Extract coconut milk ,the first extraction thick
, the second with 150 ml of water ,and the third with 300 ml of water
. Set aside . 2 . Scale ,clean and wash fish well . Cut into 2.5 cm
. slices . Slice onions. 3. Put into a pan the second and third extractions
of coconut milk ,turmeric ,fenugreek ,slit green chilies ,sliced onions
,ginger ,fish,salt and curry leaves . Bring to boil and simmer till
fish is done .4. Add first extraction of coconut milk and lime juice
.Remove from fire .
