1.Clean and slice fish , wash well .2. Grind together coconut ,green
chillies , garlic , cumin,coriander leaves ,salt and sugar .Add lime
juice .3. Wipe slices with a dry cloth and coat with ground ingredients
.4. Wrap in banana leaves .5. Heat together vinegar and fat . 6. Immerse
fish in the heated vinegar and fat . 7. Cover with a lid and put live
coal and top or place in warm oven .8. Cook gently till fish is tender
