1.Shell prawns . Remove intestines and wash well .2. Heat oil .Add
sliced onions and fry .3. Add prawns and saute til nearly dry . Grind
spices with half the grated coconut .4. Add finely ground spices and
fry for a few minutes longer .5. Add about 500 ml of water and strained
juice of tamarind . Bring to boil .6. Add ladies fingers and cook
till done . or cut capsicums in to quarters . Remove seeds ,wash well
and add .Just before removing from the fire add slit green chilies
and half a cup of thick coconut milk extracted from the remaining
grated coconut . 7. Test for seasoing and remove.
