ingredients for 4
pomfret ,sole,salmon or mackerel 500 gm
anchovy sauce 15 ml
tomato ketchup 30 ml
salad oil 30 ml
lime 1
salt to taste

Method

1. Clean fish,wash well and make gashes at 2.5 cm intervals.2. Mix together remaining ingredients .3. Marinade fish in mixture for about half an hour .4. bake in a moderate ovan till done . Serve hot .
