ingredients quantity
carrots 225 gm
onions 225 gm
parsley a few sprigs
thyme 1 sprig
salt a
peppercorns 10
vinegar 300 ml
water 1 litre

Method

1. Prepare vegatables . Mix all ingredients together .2. Simmer for 3 hours . Strain before using .
