ingredients for 4
pomfret 500 gm
salt 10 gm
pepper to taste
eggs 1
breadcrumbs 55 gm
fat to fry 55 gm
lime 1

Method

1. Clean and wash fish thoroughly .2.Fillet each fish in to 4 even fillets. Skin.3. Season with pepper and salt . 4. Dip in beaten eggs . Coat with pepper and salt . Coat with breadcrumbs . 5. Deep fry till golden brown . Garnish with lime slices .
