Frying Batter for Fish

ingredients for 10
refined flour 225 gm
yeast , fresh or 15 gm
dry yeast 8 gm
milk or water 300 ml
salt to taste

Method

1. Sift the flour and salt into a basin . 2. Dissolve the yeast in a little of the water .3. Make a well in the flour . 4. Add the yeast and the liquid . 5. Mix the flour gradually and beat to a smooth mixture .6. Allow to rest for at least one hour before using .
