Frying Batter for Fish

ingredients quantity
refined flour 225 gm
oil 30 ml
egg whites 2
water or milk 300 ml
salt to taste

Method

1. Sift the flour and salt into a basin .2. Make a well .3. Add the liquid and mix in the flour gradually . Beat to smooth mixture . 4. Mix in the oil . 5. Allow to rest .6. Just before using fold in stiffly beaten egg whites .
