ingredients for 4
pomfret 500 gm
milk 10 ml
seasoned flour 15 gm
breadcrumbs 30 gm
fat to fry 55 gm
eggs 1
maitre d'hotel butter  
butter 30 gm
parsley 1 sprig
lime 1/2

Method

1. Clean and fillet pomfret pomfret. 2. Dip in milk . Roll in flour .3. Coat with beaten egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry .4.Serve garnished with Maitre d' hotel butter ..5.To make Maitre d'hotel butter m,cream butter , and chopped parsley and lime juice. Mix well,set in a cool place and use as required .
