ingredients for 4
refined flour 170 gm
baking powder 1/2 tsp
eggs 2
sugar 115 gm
margarine 115 gm
glace cherries 15 gm
milk 1 tbsp

Method

1. Cream margarine and sugar .2. Beat eggs and add gradually ,beating mixture well with each addtion of egg. 9. Sift flour and baking powder together .Fold in gradually .4. Grease a pudding mould . Decorate with cherries . Pour in the mixture to fill three -fourths of the basin. 4. Cover with greaseproof paper and steam for 1 1/2 to 2 hours .6.Serve hot with jam sauce.
