1. Butter bread and break into small pieces .2. Boil milk and pour
over bread and set aside for half an hour .3. Beat eggs well . Add
sugar ,lime rind and nutmeg.4. Pour over bread . Add sultanas and
cashewnuts . Mix well.5. Pour into greased mould . Cover with greseproof
paper and steam till set .6. Serve hot with lemon juice .
