ingredients for 4
eggs 1
refined flour 85 gm
fat 55 gm
sugar 55 gm
milk 55 gm
baking powder a pinch
vanilla essence to taste

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar .2. Add beaten egg yolks and flour sieved with baking powder . 3. Fold in well -beaten egg white . Add milk and essence .4. Pour into greased mould and steam (1 - 1 1/2 hours).5. Serve with jam .
