College Pudding

ingredients for 4
refined flour 55 gm
fresh breadcrumbs 55 gm
fat 45 gm
baking powder 1/2 tsp
eggs 1
milk to mix
sultanas 45 gm
candied peel 15 gm
golden syrup 2 tbsp
mixed spice a pinch

Method

1. Mix dry ingredients together .2. Add beaten egg, golden syrup and milk if necessary , to make a soft paste . 3. Put in to a greased mould and steam for 2 to 2 1/2 hours .
