1. Wash ,peel and grate the tapioca and soak in milk for 5 minutes
2. Cream butter and sugar ; add beaten egg ,grated coconut and tapioca
mixture .3. Sift flour with baking powder and to the batter. Add a
few drops of vanilla essence . Pour the mixture into a greased and
floured cake tin . Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes .
