Marmalade pudding

ingredients for 4
breadcrumbs 55 gm
refined flour 55 gm
salt a pinch
baking powder 1/2 tsp
sugar 30 gm
shreadded suet or vegetable shortening 45 gm
marmalade 115 gm
eggs 1

Method

1. Mix dry ingredients together .2. Add beaten egg and marmalade 3, Put into well- greased mould and steam for 1 1/2 to 2 hours . Serve with marmalade sauce .
