Mawa and Almond Pudding

Mawa and Almond Pudding

ingredients quantity
harilal mawa 100 gm
milk 100 ml
eggs 2
grated almonds or cashewnuts 40 gm
almond essence a few drops
sugar 75 gm

Method

1. Blend the mawa ,milk ,eggs ,sugar and nuts in the blender for 5 minutes . Add essence .2. Lightly caramalize a jelly mould and pour in the mixture .3. Seal the mould with greaseproof paper or aluminium foil. Place in water bath and bake in the oven for 45 minutes .4. Garnish with silvered almonds.
