1. Clean and join the chicken .Apply salt .2. Grind turmeric ,red
chillies ,giger ,peppercorns ,cinnamon and cardamom to a fine paste
.Slice onions .4. Heat oil ,fry onions till golden brown .Add chicken
pieces and fry well . Add a. little water and let it cook . covered
,till meat is tender .5. Grate the coconut .Grind and extract milk
.When chicken is cooked add spices ,coconut milk,tamarind juice ,vinegar
,salt and sugar and simmer for a few minutes longer .
